Experience: 10 yrs
As a childcare provider with two decades of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My calm and creative personality allows me to engage children in imaginative play and educational activities. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports and verbal updates at pickup. Having completed my graduate degree, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for up to 10 children at a time. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. I am also a certified teacher, and hold certifications in First Aid and CPR. I find great fulfillment in supporting families and ensuring children receive the care and attention they deserve.
Miss Regina has been an incredible blessing to our family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She cares for our two sets of twins—our 4-year-old boys and our girls just under 2—and even occasionally helps with our newborn. Managing four young children at once is no small feat, but she does it with remarkable skill, patience, and warmth. One of the most immediate things we noticed after she started was a positive shift in our children’s behavior and attitudes. With her guidance, our children began sitting together at the dinner table, praying before meals (at our request), using silverware properly, and consistently saying “yes ma’am,” “please,” and “thank you.” Miss Regina is also incredibly intentional about their development. She works with each child individually as well as in a group setting, often bringing her own thoughtfully prepared supplies. Our children are learning to read and write, engaging in developmentally appropriate games, and enjoying creative activities like painting and art. It’s clear she puts a great deal of thought and care into fostering both their education and creativity. Beyond childcare, she goes above and beyond in every aspect of supporting our household. She prepares delicious, healthy meals for our family and keeps the kitchen, learning spaces, play areas, and children’s bathroom sparkling clean. She also played a key role in helping potty train our twin boys, which was a huge help to us. In addition, she cares for all of our children one evening each week so we can have a date night, something we deeply value and trust her completely with. In short, Miss Regina is truly exceptional. We often find ourselves wondering how she manages to do so much so well. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her, and we give her our highest recommendation.
