About Regina

Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my true passion. With over 20 years of experience, I bring a calm, compassionate, and dependable presence to every home. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications and am dedicated to providing safe, respectful, and reliable care. I assist with daily living needs, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I am also a Certified ABA Therapist with experience supporting children and adults with autism. I use positive, patient strategies to help shape appropriate behaviors, encourage independence, and support communication and daily living skills. I am skilled at redirecting attention during moments of confusion, frustration, or agitation to maintain a peaceful environment. Clear communication is important to me, and I provide regular updates through your preferred method. Building meaningful connections with individuals and their families is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
