About Regina

Hi! I'm a nursing student at Arizona State University with a high GPA and a deep passion for helping others, especially kids. While I don't have traditional babysitting or tutoring experience, I've worked closely with children through both clinical and volunteer roles. I recently worked as a Behavior Technician, where I helped teach a 3-year-old nonverbal child with autism important daily living and social skills. This experience taught me patience, compassion, and how to tailor my approach to each child's unique needs. I'm also BLS/CPR certified, excel in science and math, and I'm always eager to learn. I was once a kid who struggled to understand certain subjects, and I know how frustrating that can feel. Having someone patient and supportive can make all the difference, and that's exactly the kind of person I strive to be for the students I work with. I want to be a source of guidance and encouragement for kids who need that extra help, just like I once did.
