I am a strong, empty-nester who needs to fill in some of my days and what better way than to help people who need assistance. Recently I have been caring for a 96-year-old with Alzheimer's. We really had a good time. We made cookies, put puzzles together, and did word games. I took care of both my parents which included doctor's visits, running errands, helping out in the nursing home, food preparation, house cleaning, gardening and pet sitting. I enjoy the senior community and I make it a point to engage, assist and interact with all that I meet.
