Supporting the dignity, independence, and well-being of older adults is work I find deeply meaningful. I am a warm, patient, nurturing, and dependable caregiver with experience in senior care management and hands-on support. I bring strong communication, advocacy, behavioral support, and problem-solving skills, along with a natural ability to help people feel safe, respected, and valued. I take time to understand each person's personality, history, preferences, and routines and am attentive to changes in mood, cognition, appetite, mobility, and overall well-being. I am comfortable supporting individuals experiencing memory or cognitive changes and can assist with companionship, meals, errands, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
