My passion for supporting seniors stems from over two decades of experience as an occupational therapy assistant. I find great fulfillment in engaging individuals in therapeutic activities designed to keep their minds and bodies healthy, happy, and active. I carefully tailor every exercise to meet each person's unique abilities and limitations. My approach is defined by patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor. I prioritize earning the trust of those I care for, and I am skilled at redirecting attention during moments of confusion or agitation. Beyond emotional support, I am happy to assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
