About Reese

Hi! I'm Reese, a college student majoring in Speech-Language Pathology with a passion for literacy and helping children develop confidence in reading and learning. Over the past year, I've provided one-on-one tutoring to an elementary student, focusing on building understanding rather than memorization. I tailor my teaching approach to each student's needs using hands-on activities, visual aids, discussions, and positive reinforcement to make learning engaging and enjoyable. Seeing a student gain confidence and experience that aha! moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring.
