We hired Reese as our in-home nanny for our children in late February 2024. She was with our family five (5) days before we mutually decided to part ways. Of the five (5) days she was with us, she had several reasons why she had to leave early on four (4) of those days. For someone who shared that she had several years of experience, she seemed to have a challenging time following the schedule/routine that we created for our children. When we asked her about it, she seem to have her reason as to why things didn't work. Throughout the interview process, she portrayed herself as someone she is not. I'm very disappointed how things ended as I had high hopes for Reese and our family's partnership.
