I have over seven (7) years of experience working with children with special needs in both home and childcare settings. During this time, I have developed strong skills in providing compassionate, patient, and individualized care based on each child's unique needs and abilities. I am experienced in assisting with daily routines, behavior support, meal preparation, hygiene, educational activities, and maintaining a safe and structured environment. My son is also nonverbal autistic I understand the importance of communication, consistency, and emotional support when caring for children with special needs. I work closely with parents and families to ensure the child receives the best possible care and attention. I am dependable, nurturing, and passionate about helping children build confidence, improve their daily skills, and feel loved, respected, and supported at all times.
