About Rebekah

Hello parents! My name is Bekah and I've been working in childcare for 4 years now. I work with children and adults that have special needs and autism. Helping children and being an extra hand makes me feel happy :) I am also a student studying Psychology, taking child development courses has helped me understand ways to help children overcome their tantrums and learning difficulties. I am the oldest of three brothers, having three younger brothers has helped me gained a great deal of patience and understanding aggressive tendencies and how to redirect negative feelings when it comes to children. I am lucky enough to have many experiences with childcare and being able to work with them as-well, it has helped me adapt to many circumstances :) I'd describe my personality as considerate, playful and thoughtful. In my spare time, I like to go on hikes, and be around my family. I enjoy being in the outdoors and family games nights!
