About Rebekah

I find working in childcare a very rewarding career. I have watched infants grow into curious toddlers. I have encouraged toddlers to safely explore their surroundings and help to make it a learning experience for them. I have over 20 years of experience caring for and working with children. I have worked in many in home settings as a nanny as well as a lead teacher in a center for several years. I volunteered at a local daycare while growing up. In high school I was a peer helper for a fourth grade classroom during my senior year. In high school I was a member of the choir and show choir. I performed in a few college level productions of "Hello Dolly", "Pirates of Penzance", and "Phantom." I feel like background in music and performing has helped to really connect with infants and children whether it be by singing to them or doing a music class with them to let them express their own creativity.
