About Rebecca

After entering the workforce I realized that I had developed a passion for people, and in particular, working with little, growing people! My four years of experience caring for children aged newborn to pre-teen, including my work at an ABA-based center for children with Autism, has equipped me with valuable skills and insight. I hold a college degree, have been trained in safety care procedures, and am currently a certified behavioral technician. I believe in creating a fun and engaging environment through outdoor play, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and discipline. I prioritize clear and consistent communication by providing daily reports and open discussions at pickup, but will always respect your preferred method. My goal is to bring my innovative, creative and friendly methodology to your family in order to provide the best care possible for your child.
