About Rebecca

Kids always have been, and will continue to be an important part of my life. I was born and raised in the Midwest however, I just moved to Yonkers with my significant other as they complete their graduate program at Sarah Lawrence. I'm a senior through the University of Nebraska at Omaha, finishing up my degree online for Elementary Education with a concentration in Family & Community Sciences. I am on my way to becoming a Certified Child Life Specialist to help become and advocate for child and families facing all the emotional concerns and preparation that come along with hospitalization. I have flexibility in my schedule currently as my classes are online but, would prefer more of a part time position as in January I will be starting an internship for my degree. I pride myself in being punctual and responsible. I can't wait to meet your family, even the furry ones too!
