I am a mother of a 14-year-old daughter. My family and I relocated from Hawaii 12 years ago. Children are my pride and joy. I love seeing them play and just being happy. A simple smile can uplift anyone's spirits. I am a fun, loving, and all around awesome person. I like to do a variety of activities, such as reading books, playing games, go for walks, libraries, excursions, and going to the park. I can also do some light housekeeping, cooking or errands if you need me too (which we can discuss). I understand coming home from a long day can be tiring, so having a clean house and chores done is a big help. My childcare philosophy: I believe that taking care of and raising children is one of the most important jobs a person can ever have. Children are the future generations. Rebecca is everything you could wish for in a caregiver. She has provided full time care (M-F/ 40 hrs) for my 1 year old daughter since the beginning of the year. My daughter is very clingy and not quick to warm up to other adults but she took to Rebecca immediately. Rebecca is warm, loving, fun, and always thinking of great ways to entertain kids, no matter the constraints or weather! We work from home and don't have a ton of space, so she is often out of the house exploring local parks, libraries, story time, and other toddler-geared activities. She's always singing with our daughter and I can hear her giggling from the other side of the house. Rebecca is punctual, communicative, and quick to adapt when things change -- sick kids, new schedules, older son home from preschool, etc. I never have any concerns about my daughter when she's in Rebecca's care. She is a total gem.
