Rebecca has asked for a letter of recommendation and I am happy to comply. Over the past two years she has worked for me as a student, dancer, administrator and actor. In all areas of the theatre, Rebecca's work is professional, timely, and at a high level of excellence. She has excelled in her actor training. Constantly, I am impressed by her increasing abilities, creativity and versatility. Rebecca takes the extra initiative to become the highest standard and her work is consistently progressing. In the spring of 2010, I directed Rebecca in Madeline the world premiere of a production performed for over 5,000 area school children. Her work was charming, witty and unpredictable. She worked well with other members of the cast, brought new and exciting shades to her character, and always treated the staff, crew and cast with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Rebecca understands budgetary restraints, production schedules and the importance of training future theatre artisans. She has worked as an office assistant for the past two years and as an administrative assistant as well. She appreciates the importance of teamwork, creative expression and the excitement of theatre. She is organized, proficient and knowledgeable not only in administrative duties, but public relations as well. She works wonderfully with the younger members of a company and is always a positive influence and team player. As a performer, she is organized, caring, disciplined and effective in bringing out the best in her fellow actors.
