Hello! My name is Rebecca and I have been working with infants and toddlers for 13 years. I have worked with four families long-term (1 - 3 years in length each). I have also done countless short-term jobs, and have worked in two Montessori day care centers as well. I absolutely love working with children and find myself qualified for the job not just because of my experience, but because I live my life with as much patience, kindness, and compassion as I can. I teach children by embodying and modeling my values. I am also passionate about nutrition, healthy and simple cooking, and eco-friendly living. I do not promote television watching and encourage outdoor activities in rain or shine. Rebecca is a dream come true. I was so nervous about hiring a nanny for my 4 month old while I transitioned back to work. She is incredibly wise, experienced, and has such a peaceful and calm aura. Our daughter lights up when she walks in the house. Rebecca helped ensure we adhered to nap, feeding and awake time schedules, and offered different tips and tricks to make life easier that I would have never known as a FTM. She turned what I thought would be incredibly difficult into a true gift-- I got to return to work and our family got to benefit from Rebecca's light! She and my daughter would go on walks, read books, lots of floor time. I am so thankful, her presence is priceless!
