I have several years experience providing professional care to seniors & adults with disabilities. I build trust through empathy & understanding. I provide clear communication to keep families informed so they have peace of mind knowing their loved one is in capable, caring hands. I am described as kind, nurturing, trustworthy, organized, fun & positive. Along with being a Mom, I have spent many years as a professional pianist & worship leader & am happy to share music with clients if desired. I assist with companionship, transportation, errands, appointments & exercise. I am passionate about health & fitness & enjoy helping clients stay active through movement, workouts, healthy eating & trying new things.
