I am currently working 32 hours a week with a 6-year-old deaf autistic boy who lives on Wall Street, and he is about to head back to school. Once he's back he sadly won't need me, so I am looking for a new full time position. His parents asked that I note "we will absolutely recommend you as the best nanny to absolutely anyone." I'm currently living in East Harlem, and normally charge $22/hr for 1-2 kids. I regularly do one-time jobs for a wide variety of families, and have experience in newborns to school-age children. I've also worked with babies/children/teenagers with physical disabilities, severe food allergies, ADHD, Asperger's, autism, and those with lots of feelings. The parents I've worked for have had styles ranging from attachment parenting to the REI method to everything in between.

When Rebecca left Boston I felt I lost my hands... She is great with everything she is touching. Not only the cleaning was fast and superb, she put together and attached to the wall a foldable Ikea desk. She helped me sort through the clutter and I was working along the way together, and she helped me stay on task while managing the time and the projects. Apart from that, she is a very interesting young person, energetic, well educated, ethical, creative; also can fix things, can use screwdriver, a saw, and do more complex projects. You would be lucky if you get her to help you even for a short while.
