I've been caring for kids for about nine years, from toddlers to teens, and it's something I truly enjoy. I started out as a stepmom when my stepkids were just one and three, and I've also worked in an adolescent mental health center, so I'm comfortable with a wide range of ages and personalities. Families usually tell me I'm patient, friendly, and good at keeping things fun while still sticking to household rules. I love playing outside, doing board games, and finding little ways to make activities educational. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, I have a car, and I'm totally comfortable with pets. During the day I work full-time as an analyst and case manager for seniors, so I'm available for babysitting after 5 p.m. on weekdays, all day Saturday, and Sundays after church (from 2 p.m. on).
