I'd describe my personality as energetic, out-going and happy I like working with kids because seeing the world through their eyes makes me happy. I love seeing them learn new things I'm looking for a job that can work around my school schedule and with a family that makes me feel like I'm apart of the family. I started working with kids in 2021. I took a gap year from college and wanted to see what I was truly passionate about. In that time off I realized I loved working with kids and being able to help them, therefore I'm in school to become a pediatric nurse.

We hired Rebecca after a phone interview, multiple reference checks, and a trial. She accepted the position for the school year, and we ran through schedules and details together. She watched our three kids a total of three times and things seemingly went well. However, late one evening she messaged that she could no longer continue due to her semester workload being more than expected. As educators ourselves, we totally understand the importance of school, however, she had committed to long-term care and quit without notice just days before she was scheduled to provide coverage again. This left us scrambling with no backup plan. While she may be good with kids, she was not reliable, and we would not recommend her for ongoing childcare.
