Hi, I do not have any professional training in this field but assisted both my mother and father in their final years. My father had dementia the last year of his life also. I have worked in the veterinary field for 35 years and have great compassion for our senior citizens. I recently cared for a 96 and 97-year-old couple to keep them in their own home. I did overnights with them, 8pm-8 a.m. for 2 years. I administered meds, including insulin and cared for them both in end oflife care. I look forward to seeing if I could be of service for your family.
