About Rebecca

For nine years, I've been helping students unlock their potential with personalized support. I believe in building confidence and sparking a genuine love for learning. By listening closely and observing how students engage with new material, I adapt my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting tough topics to real-world examples and breaking down problems into manageable steps. Communication is key; I provide regular updates to keep parents informed and reinforce learning. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence soar is what I find most rewarding. I have experience as an Ed Tech, working with students who benefit from individualized instruction and am comfortable working with Elementary and Middle School students in Math and Literacy. I am also CPR trained and certified in First Aid. I would love to use my experience to help your student succeed!
