This was our first time using care.com to hire a caregiver for my parents who are both in their 80s and physically disabled. My wife was especially nervous as she dreads having strangers in our home (we've had a number of terrible experiences with caregivers from our weekday service providers) but she immediately liked Rebecca and sensed that she had a caring gentle nature. Rebecca arrived on time, with a big smile and a great attitude. She jumped right in, introducing herself to us and my parents, then gave them bedside baths, got them dressed, gave them breakfast and handled any needs/requests they had throughout her shift. My mother can be pretty demanding (reheating coffee, specific socks, eating preferences, etc.) but Rebecca stayed pleasant and smiling throughout. She's definitely our first choice for future caregiver needs.
