We hired Rebecca to be our nanny, but it only lasted 2 months. She did fine with the kids, but was unreliable. She was regularly late - and often had things "come up" that caused her to be hours late or not show up at all. I'm sure she would do fine as a babysitter, but I would not recommend as a full-time caregiver.
