I have three years of experience providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, and I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on their lives and supporting their families. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I create a comfortable environment for care recipients. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. As a home health aide, I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I have a high school degree and am CPR-trained.
