I'm trained and comfortable with assisting in personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, medication reminders, and helping maintain safe, steady routines. Beyond the practical responsibilities, I believe senior care is about respect, patience, and compassion. I take the time to truly understand each person's preferences, personality, and history, because feeling valued and heard matters at every age.
