I have 11+ years of experience working with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, and teens. I've worked as a teacher in infant-pre-K classrooms and as a nanny for various families. Most recently, I've cared for children ages 1-4 and 6-9. I love getting on a child's level and learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. I have experience with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf-inspired approaches. I enjoy taking kids on outings, going to parks, and activities that encourage discovery. Safety is my top priority. I'm calm, kind, patient, and attentive, with a focus on social-emotional development and age-appropriate boundaries. I have experience with neurodivergent children and adapt my approach to each child's individual needs. I value open communication and working closely with parents as a team. I'm seeking a long-term morning position ending by 1:30 p.m. For positions over one month, I ask to be paid by payroll.
