About Rebecca

I'd describe my personality as creative, nurturing and curious. I am a recreational activities aide and companion. I provide a full range of creative engagement to those in assisted living or at home. Care is about more than safety. Nurturing one's soul and spirit is as important, if not more, in the midst of health challenges and in the later stages of aging. I am bringing experience as a doula, artist and various natural health trainings. I started caring for seniors during the pandemic while working for a home health agency. In my spare time, I like to song write, paint and be in nature. My skills include a specialty in understanding and working with grief and loss, as well as those with Dementia and other Neurocognitive challenges.
