My previous babysitting roles allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for childcare and motivated me to pursue a career in which I could make a positive impact on children's lives and support families. I approach childcare with patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring that each child feels valued and respected. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method to provide regular updates about their child's day or any issues that arise. My expertise includes engaging children in a variety of games and activities, such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and can comfortably care for up to four children at a time.
