Rebecca required between 30m to an hour of training before every shift, which made the situation stressful. After a few weeks this improved and we all seemed to enjoy the situation. Then she asked me to book a meeting with my grandpa's care team to learn mor about elder care, so I believed she was committed to working here. I worked to organize that meeting and Rebecca canceled the day of that appointment and also hours before she was scheduled to work to say she no longer wants to do the job. She gave no notice and didn't even care how it affects our family. I would not recommend her for child care or elder care.
