About Reayana

I am a recent college graduate, living in NYC. I worked part-time for 3 years while in college, with 3-6-year-olds at a weekday afterschool program. I've also provided childcare consistently for two families in the past. I'd describe myself as responsible, open-minded, caring, and compassionate. My skills include conflict resolution, open & effective communication, & providing activities which are both engaging & intellectually stimulating for the child. I love working with kids because they give me the opportunity to help them navigate the world, while they simultaneously teach me something everyday. Kids have a perspective that often gets lost in our society, but I love hearing their ideas, and experiencing and witnessing the joys of their self-expression and discoveries.
