Reality nannied for our son for nearly a couple of years from infant to toddler ages. During that time, we did a nanny share with another family who had a son close in age to our son. Reality was fantastic at taking care of both young children. After our nanny share ended, reality would still babysit for our son regularly. She is caring, responsible, and fun!
