About Reagann

I have a great experience in childcare work. I was a consistent babysitter through my time in high school and moved onto work in an elementary school for child care. There, I was in charge of 25+ kids, helping them with homework, emotional management, and teaching them STEM crafts while creating an environment to support sharing and kindness. I have taken many college courses that have taught me how to work with people that I don't usually come across and am willing to learn and be adaptable in any situation. I'd describe my personality as patient, dependable, and charismatic. As someone in childcare, I know how important it is to listen to kids and take the time to understand their wants and needs. I have a deep knowledge in keeping things safe while allowing the exploration of curiosity. I'm looking for a job that allows flexible scheduling and a trusting family. I am responsible with my time and enjoy doing things that allow physical movement and an increase in curiosity.
