Reagan was an immediate hit with my three children (then 4, 7, and 10). She is a delightfully stable and sensible employee and a kind, steady presence with children. Amazingly, she manages this while still being so fun that my children miss her three years later. Having to let her go because we were leaving the country was a painful loss.
