About Reagan

As both a parent and an experienced caregiver, I bring a compassionate, patient, and individualized approach to childcare. I spent the majority of my child's early years as a stay-at-home parent, providing hands-on care for a child with high support needs. I am familiar with and practice Montessori-style teaching, encouraging independence, exploration, and development. Professionally, I have paid experience working with young children and teenagers as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), including those with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges. I am CPR and First Aid certified, as well as CRMA certified, with training in medication administration, including insulin. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that respects each child's unique needs, abilities, and personality.
