About Ray-ven

Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. For the past three years, I've provided enriching care that supports growth through creative play and learning activities. I currently work as a teacher (floater) at an early childhood development center, primarily with infants but also assisting other age groups. This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt and nurture children at different stages. I hold an MBA, which has enhanced my organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Families describe me as patient, calm, and approachable. I enjoy outdoor games and physical play, and I'm comfortable setting boundaries while keeping care fun. I provide parent updates through your preferred method-pickup conversations, texts, or calls-and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I can also assist with travel and carpooling. I truly believe in making a positive impact and would love the opportunity to support your family.
