She visited before the job began, and asked great questions to find out about my pet's daily routine, care needs, any meds, emergency vet, and how to keep her comfortable, active, and happy. We have a pet monitoring camera, but it wasn't working - so Sara kindly sent us daily photo updates to put our minds at ease. I came home to a pet that was happy, relaxed, and eager to see me!
