Lacked attention to detail. She was hired for a 6:00am start to get a senior ready for a doctor's appointment. Exact directions were sent to get to exact house after arriving at street number the evening prior, but she chose not to read them at all (said she did not read), relied only on GPS, and called late asking for unit. Attention to detail is crucial in senior care, and this experience did not meet those standards.
