About Raynelle

Hi! My name is Raynelle and I am 21 years old. I am a current college student at the CCNY. I spend most of my days working or going to school. Besides that, I've worked at a school in the summer, teaching children ages 5-10 how to read. I've also babysat for personal family as well as my neighbor. Currently, I work at an afterschool program and supervise 17 students. At this time, my group consists of 5th graders, however I occasionally have to watch over the smaller kids. The program has grades Kindergarten to 5th Grade. I prepare lessons for the kids, games and a lot of recreational activities on a daily basis. Though working with kids can be a bit intimidating, I've learned that patience is a virtue. And with great patience comes great fortune! Kids are going to be a little hard to manage sometimes and that's 100% okay because they're still developing. Children just need a little more love and support to bloom into beautiful flowers!
