About Rayna

I have around 20 years of childcare experience. I have a Bachelors degree and focused on early childhood education and elementary education in college. I love working with children of all ages. My niche is caring for infants. I love watching them learn & grow in such a short amount of time. I have a vast amount of experience as I have worked at a childcare center as an infant teacher, at an after-school program, babysat, and nannied. Most recently, I worked as a nanny for a family for the past year of twin infants. I started when the boys were 9 days old as their night nanny. I transitioned into their daytime nanny when the mom went back to work. Previous to that job, I was with a family for 3 1/2 years. They had twin infants and a 3-year-old boy when I started with them. I thrive in a work environment where there is structure. I also can be very flexible, as kids are unpredictable. I love incorporating educational activities, outings, art, sensory, & play in the routine.
