Making a real difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of experience, I provide services such as mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I provide verbal and written updates to families, always following their preferred method. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to connect with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I encourage mindfulness and using helpful coping mechanisms (i. e., breathing exercises, or communication rather than isolation).
