Rayllany was our live in nanny for my husband and I’s two toddlers from December 2021-October 2022. We moved away but my children still ask about her and ask when she is coming back. Rayllany take initiative and treats any child she cares for like her own. Rayllany blew us away with how attentive she was with our children. She cared for our then 9 month old and 2 year old and was able to demonstrate multitasking with two children at different stages of age. She aLeah’s established great open and honest communication. Rayllany always wants what is best for your child, so I know whoever hires her will not be disappointed. I wish she could live with us forever but we are so happy to have established a great bond.
