I'm a Licensed Practicing Nurse with graduate studies, and I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on their lives, while also supporting their families. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, personal care, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I maintain open communication with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am certified in CPR AED and First Aid.
