Rayvn was an outstanding part of the group of care givers who provided 24/7 care to my dear uncle during his last few weeks of life. She was very kind and sweet in addition to always ensuring he was safe with transfers and walking, bathroom assistance, and all the other activities of daily living associated with a patient who is transitioning to end of life care. She frequently checked on his comfort and made sure to frequently communicate with me and kept me updated on any changes he was experiencing. She is very astute and has high emotional intelligence, she is caring and compassionate and was well liked by the entire family. When Ravyn was on duty, we knew my uncle was in great hands and we had nothing to worry about. If I ever needed to engage with a care giver for any other family member, Ravyn would be the first call I make.
