I am a nurturing babysitter who loves to give parents peace of mind! Previously a licensed social worker for adults, I transitioned into holistic health in 2018. Now, I am very active in the community as a trauma sensitive yoga teacher, herbalist, sound healer, and full spectrum birth doula supporting mothers throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. I am reliable, responsible, and engaged, while also being laid back, flexible, and going with the flow! I'm a frequent day/date night/vacation or back up option sitter with flexibility as this is what helps supplement my creative/business income and allows me to continue my gift of nurturing the youth.
