About Rashun

Rashun contacted me regarding a job I had posted. I asked for more information as the profile was sparse with no pic at the time. I did not hear back and was unsure if this was a shady person or just an irresponsible person. I left feedback for Rashun reflecting those words almost exactly. Immediately I received a cordial apology. She then gave me a lot of information on herself. Her credentials are great. Most of all I was struck by her professionalism during her response. She did not attack me as some caregivers have for feedback that was less negative than the one I left for Rashun. I have had several caregivers threaten me or simply berate me if I leave a feedback anything short of them being Mary Poppins and I have not until now ever deleted or edited my feedback. Rashun however did not seem angry nor offended, but rather seemed to understand my reasoning behind my feedback. She attempted to correct the situation instead of placing blame on me. It is for that reason that I am adjusting my feedback to reflect her sense of responsibility, patience, and professionalism.
