With three years of experience providing care, I am deeply committed to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes home health, respite care, live-in care, hospice services, dementia care, and assistance with mobility, physical activity, errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also comfortable providing transportation. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
