About Rashima

Hi, my name is Rashima. I've been a caregiver since 2015 and am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). For the past three years, I've worked for a dementia care company as a Memory Care Specialist, where I support clients with compassion, patience, and respect-work I truly love because it is so rewarding. I have experience caring for individuals with dementia from early stages through end-of-life care, as well as extensive experience in in-home care. I focus on helping older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment. I am a licensed driver with a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, available to assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings as needed. I take pride in being dependable, patient, and attentive, and I am committed to supporting my clients in living as comfortably and normally as possible while promoting their overall well-being.
