Great, creative personality, attentive to details and drawing our attention to behavioral or physical habits that were forming with the kids so we could help/work together as a team. Open to feedback and collaborative with problem solving which was particularly helpful in a busy household with three kids who all had unique physical, medical, and educational needs!
