About Rashad

I'm a recreational therapy professional with nearly 20 years of experience bringing joy to people's lives -- 5 years as an Activity Director serving adults with developmental disabilities, 2 years as an Activity Aide in assisted living, and 12 years as an Activity Specialist with the State of Ohio. I hold a B. S. in Recreational Therapy from the University of Toledo. I provide private in-home companionship: conversation, games, tablet activities, music, crafts, and outings tailored to each person's interests and abilities. My focus is enrichment -- keeping minds active, spirits up, and days meaningful. Please note: I don't provide hands-on personal care such as bathing or toileting. I'm energetic, patient, and dependable, and I treat every person I work with like family. Available Thursdays, weekday evenings, and weekends. Happy to start with a meet-and-greet.
